What Happens Next?

1. Confirmation Email

You will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request within 24 hours.

2. Identity Verification (If Needed)

To protect your privacy, we may request additional verification:

• Pro Users: We may ask you to sign a message with your Solana wallet to prove ownership
• Guest Users: We may ask for the short link code or IP address to verify identity
• High-Risk Requests: Deletion or rectification requests may require stronger verification

3. Request Processing

Our privacy team will review your request and gather the necessary data or take the requested action.

4. Response and Fulfillment

• Access Requests: We will provide a structured export (JSON/CSV) of all your personal data
• Deletion Requests: We will permanently delete your data and confirm deletion
• Portability Requests: We will provide data in a machine-readable format
• Rectification Requests: We will correct inaccurate data and confirm the update
• Objection/Restriction Requests: We will assess your request and explain our decision

5. Response Time

• GDPR (EU/UK): 30 days (may extend to 60 days for complex requests with notice)

What if I don't have my wallet address or short link code?

No problem. Provide as much information as you can (email, approximate date, IP address). We will work with you to locate your data.

Can I request deletion of files before they expire?

Yes. You can request immediate deletion of files at any time, even if they haven't reached their expiration date (24 hours for Guest, 7 days for Pro).

What if I disagree with your response?

If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to:
